• Shipping Document Creation Process: Involves four (4) steps each requiring you to complete a section of information to ensure a compliant and complete document (shipping document). These sections include: 
          1. Load Details
          2. Select Pickup Date & Time
          3. Select Transporter (This article)
          4. Review Page

Instructions

1. Select a Transporter

• From the dropdown menu, select a transporter you would like to use for load pickup.
  • The transporter company information will be auto-populated in the greyed out sections below. You are unable to make changes to the transporter details.
  • If you do not see the transporter name in the available transporters list, contact your company super user, or WiQ Support to have them added.
  • The transporter dispatch will receive notification of the shipping document. If you would like the driver to receive a copy of the shipping document to their mobile device, proceed to step 2. 

2. Add Driver Details (optional)

• If you know the driver that will be picking up the load, you can add their contact details to the shipping document. 
  • Add the driver name by selecting it from the dropdown menu
  • If the driver name is not in the available list, you can add it by typing in the text box and selecting 'create'
• If the driver details are added, they will receive a notification to the phone number provided with a copy of the shipping document and details about the load pickup.
  
• Click Proceed to continue to step 4 of creating a landfill shipping document.
