- Manifesting is required by the federal government for hazardous waste and hazardous recyclable materials shipped out of the province and is regulated by ECCC. For more information please see: Saskatchewan Transportation of Hazardous Waste Guidance Document
- You must use the Canadian Notification and Movement Tracking System (CNMTS) to create and submit manifests for interprovincial movements, unless a reference number is obtained directly from the province. Saskatchewan does not issue reference numbers so the CNMTS system must be utilized.
