Instructions:

1. Search for Tickets

• To search for a specific ticket in any status, begin typing any associated information into the Global Search field, such as a location, status, or waste type. 
• As you type, all relevant tickets that match your search criteria will appear in the dropdown list below. 
• To view all matching tickets, click on 'View All Results'. This will filter the main table to show only those tickets that match the criteria you entered. 
• Clicking on a ticket will take you directly to the ticket's detailed view.

2. Search for Application Forms

• Use the Global Search field to search for application forms by entering any information related to the form. This can include form type, applicant details, or any other relevant data. 
• Results will appear in the dropdown, showing all application forms that match the search query.
• Clicking on a result will open the details of an application form.

3. Search for Material Approvals

• Type any associated information related to material approvals in the Global Search field. This can include material type, status, or related project. Results will display material approvals that match your search criteria. 3.2 Click on a result to open the detailed view of the material approval.

4. Search for Templates

• You can search for templates by either their template name or template description. 
• Start typing in the Global Search field and relevant templates will appear. 
• Select a template from the dropdown, and it will take you to the template's details.
