In this article, you will find detailed instructions on how to approve a ticket. During ticket approval, the user can review offload details submitted by the receiving facility and approve the ticket.

Instructions

1. From the main page, click Load Verification bucket

  • Filter tickets by clicking 'STATUS' column header and selecting 'Awaiting Approval'. You can also search for a specific ticket by typing the WiQ Ticket # in the search bar


  • If you are satisfied with the offload details provided by the receiving facility, click 'approve'

  • A pop-up will appear confirming that you want to approve the ticket, click 'confirm' to finalize.


Conclusion

Congratulations! You have successfully approved a ticket.
