    2. Filtering to Find Unused Tickets (draft and cancelled)

    3. Change the Ticket View

    4. Sort tickets

Who Should Use This

  • All Generator Users

Instructions

1.    Navigate the different filter buckets

  • On the main page, you will see four (4) 'buckets' or statuses indicating where a ticket is in its lifecycle (Awaiting Pickup, In-Transit, Load Verification, and Completed):

    • Awaiting Pickup: Tickets in this bucket have been created by the generator user and are waiting for transporter or receiver engagement. Possible statuses include:

      • Draft Tickets - tickets have been created but have not been confirmed. These tickets cannot be seen by anyone other than the user who created them. These tickets are not live.

      • Ticket Created - tickets that have recently been created by the generator user

      • Rejected by Transporter - tickets that the transporter dispatch has rejected. This ticket required the generator user to assign a new transportation company

    • In Transit: Tickets in this bucket indicate that the transporter is engaged with the ticket. Possible statuses include:
      • Awaiting Driver Assignment - transporter has accepted the ticket but has not assigned a driver
      • Driver Dispatched - transporter has accepted the ticket and dispatched it to a driver
      • Load Picked up - driver has accepted the ticket and is proceeding to the receiving facility
      • Diverted - the load has been diverted to another facility
    • Load Verification: tickets in this bucket indicate that the receiver is now engaged with the ticket. Possible statuses include:
      • Awaiting Offload - the load has been received at the facility and is waiting for offload
      • Awaiting Approval - the receiver has added all of the offload details. The Generator is required to review the offload details and approve the ticket
      • Discrepancy - The receiver has raised a discrepancy with the ticket. A discrepancy is when an offload substance or volume does not match what was entered on the ticket. The receiver is requesting that the generator  review and resolve it prior to offload/completion of the ticket. For support on how to review and approve a discrepancy, see "How to Review and Approve a Discrepancy article"
      • Dispute - the generator has raised a dispute with the ticket. The generator is requesting that the receiver review and resolve the dispute prior to approval of the ticket. For support on how to review and approve a dispute, see "How to Review and Approve a Dispute article"
    • Completed: tickets in this bucket have been completed. No further action is required.

2.   Filtering to find Unused Tickets

  • From the main page, click on the drop menu 'other statuses'. Select the filter type you would like to apply to the tickets

3. Change the Ticket View

  • When viewing tickets from the main page, you are able to change how you would like to see the tickets. Select either 'View by Card' or 'View By List'

4.   Sort and Filter Tickets

  • Sort Tickets in ascending or descending order by clicking on any of the ticket column headers and choose either Ascending (ASC) or Descending (DSC)

  • Filter Tickets by clicking on the column header and select a filter option from the dropdown menu

Conclusion

Congratulations! You have successfully learned how to navigate the WiQ main page.
