Instructions

1. Reject a Ticket

  • From the main page, select the ticket to review the ticket details.

  • Click "Reject Ticket"


2. Submit the Rejection

  • Enter the reason for rejecting the ticket and click 'Submit Rejection'.
  • A pop-up will confirm that the ticket has been rejected by the transporter. The generator operator will be notified that they need to redispatch the load to another transporter.
  • The ticket status will change to "Rejected by Transporter".
