Instructions

1. Navigate to the Main Page

Start by accessing the main page of the application.


2. Open Ticket Details

  • Click on the ticket you would like to reject.
    • The ticket details will open up in a pop up view. 
  • Locate and click the 'Reject Ticket' button.


3. Submit the Rejection

  • A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter the reason for rejecting the ticket.
  • After entering the details, click 'Submit Rejection.'
  • A pop-up will confirm that the ticket has been rejected and will notify the generator.


    4. Status Update

  • The ticket status will change to "Rejected by Transporter," along with a timestamp that is visible in the history section of the ticket details for generators, receivers, and transporters.
