1. Navigate to the Main Page
Start by accessing the main page of the application.
2. Open Ticket Details
- Click on the ticket you would like to reject.
- The ticket details will open up in a pop up view.
- Locate and click the 'Reject Ticket' button.
3. Submit the Rejection
- A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter the reason for rejecting the ticket.
- After entering the details, click 'Submit Rejection.'
- A pop-up will confirm that the ticket has been rejected and will notify the generator.
4. Status Update
- The ticket status will change to "Rejected by Transporter," along with a timestamp that is visible in the history section of the ticket details for generators, receivers, and transporters.
