Instructions

1. Receive Ticket Notifications

  • When a generator operator creates a ticket (manifest/shipping document) in WiQ, they can either send the ticket to the transportation companies dispatcher, or send the ticket directly to a driver.
    • If the generator sends the ticket to the dispatcher, the dispatcher then selects a driver to send the ticket to, and the text message will appear like this:
       
    • If the generator sends the ticket directly to the driver, the text message will appear like this: 
  •    The Process for accepting/rejecting a ticket, is the same for either notification.


2. Open the Ticket Details Page

  • Click on the link provided in the text notification to open the ticket in your browser. No log in required!
  • Clicking the link will direct you to the MY TICKET DETAILS page, where you can view the details of the ticket.


  • Review the ticket details by clicking into each section of the ticket.
  • Click 'Print Ticket/Export PDF to view a copy of the manifest/shipping document 

3. Accept the Ticket

  • Click "Accept Ticket"
  • Complete the truck details section
    • Enter the truck unit #
    • Add the truck ticket/BOL #
    • Include any additional details in the notes section. This will appear on the ticket details and can be viewed by the generator and receiver operators.
  • Check the box indicating that you have reviewed the wastes as offered by the generator in PART A for delivery to the Intended Receiver. Confirm that the information contained in PART B is correct and complete.
  • Click 'Save Trucking Information.' A pop-up will appear confirming that you have successfully accepted the ticket. Click 'Complete'
  • By accepting this ticket, your digital signature will appear in PART B of the manifest/shipping document.

WiQ Tip! Accepting a ticket updates its status to "Load Picked Up" and logs the timestamp of when you accepted it. This information is accessible to the generator, transporter, and receiver in the ticket's "history" section.
