Instructions

1. Navigate to Driver Details

• From the main page, navigate to 'Profile', click 'My Company' and 'Driver Details'. This will take you to the driver details page, where you can view all drivers added to your company profile. 

2. Add a Driver

• Click "Add Driver"
  
•  Enter Driver first name, last name, and cell phone number.

 WiQ Tip! Ensure that the driver's name and phone number are correct. This will guarantee that the driver receives the ticket and that the information reflects accurately on the manifest/shipping document.

• Click 'Save' to add the driver to the system. The green pop up will confirm that the driver has now been added. 
  

• During ticket creation, the generator operator will be able to select the driver name. This will send a text message to the driver including ticket details (pickup location, waste type, drop off location) as well as a copy of the manifest/shipping document.

3. Edit or Delete Driver Information

• Select the driver you would like to edit. Make the changes to the driver name and number and click 'Save' to finalize the changes.

    3.2 Delete a Driver

• Select the driver's name and click 'Delete.' A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.
• Click 'Yes' to proceed with the deletion, or 'No' to cancel.
