Instructions
Review Dispute Resolution Details
- From the main page, navigate to the Load Verification bucket and find the disputed ticket
- Click 'Review Resolution' to access the Ticket Dispute page.
- Under 'Ticket Information' section, review the dispute resolution details provided by the receiver.
- If you are satisfied with the resolution, click 'Approve Resolution'
- A pop-up will appear confirming your choice to approve the resolution. Click 'Yes, move to Completed' to finalize your approval.
- The ticket will move into completed status
- A pop-up will appear confirming your choice to approve the resolution. Click 'Yes, move to Completed' to finalize your approval.
- If you are not satisfied with the dispute resolution, click 'Reject Resolution'. A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter your reason for rejection. After providing your feedback, click Submit to send it back to the receiver operator. Repeat the dispute process until you are satisficed with the resolution.
- If you are satisfied with the resolution, click 'Approve Resolution'
