Instructions
1. Submit a Dispute
- Navigate to the ;Load Verification' bucker and select the ticket that is awaiting approval
- Click 'Dispute Ticket'
Select Reason for Dispute: On the dispute page, use the dropdown menu under 'Reason for Dispute' to select the appropriate option that describes the reason for dispute. Options include: Cuts or substances, volumes, pricing, other, redirect, or rejection.
'Description of Issue: type in the text box to briefly explain the reason for the dispute. This will help the receiver operator understand the nature of the issue and be able to effectively resolve the dispute.
Click 'Submit Dispute'. A pop-up will confirm that the dispute has been submitted successfully. Click on 'Back to home screen' to view the 'Disputed' status of the ticket.
The receiver will be notified that a dispute has been submitted. They will be required to 'Resolve the Dispute'.
Once a resolution has been submitted, you will be notified that the ticket requires your 'Approval of the Dispute Resolution'
WiQ Tip! You can view the dispute details anytime by clicking into the ticket and selecting 'View Dispute'.
