- Available Driver: when a driver name and phone number are available for selection in the dropdown menu, they are referred to as an available driver. The driver was added to WiQ by the Transporter Superuser during onboarding. The driver's name and phone number will appear in the dropdown list during ticket creation. By selecting an available driver, the driver will receive a digital copy of the manifest/shipping document sent directly to their cell phone.
- Custom Driver: when there are no available drivers in the driver dropdown menu, generators can add a custom driver name and phone number. This can be used in cases where a generator operator knows who the driver is that will be coming to pickup the load. By adding a custom driver, the driver will receive a digital copy of the manifest/shipping document sent directly to their cell phone.
