In this article, you will find comprehensive instructions on how to complete the Transporter Information page for creating an application form. This is step three (3) in the process.

Definitions:

Instructions:

  1. Select a Transporter

    • From the dropdown menu, select the Transporter you would like to use for the waste transportation.
  2. Transporter Information

    • Once you have selected the transporter, the transporter company details will be auto-populated in the greyed-out sections below.
    • These details are automatically filled in and cannot be edited. Make sure that the auto-populated information is correct.
  3. What to Do If the Transporter is Not Listed

    • If you do not see the name of the transporter you want to use in the available list, contact your company super user or reach out to WiQ Support to have the transporter added.
  4. Proceed to the Next Section

    • After selecting your transporter, click 'Proceed' to continue to the next part of the application form.
