1. Refresh Your Page
If the WiQ app is not loading correctly, try refreshing the page first.
- On your keyboard: Press Ctrl + R (Windows) or Command + R (Mac)
- On a mobile browser: Tap the refresh icon in your browser (Usually a reload sign in the the top left corner)
2. Clear Your Cache
If refreshing the page does not work, clear your cache by following these steps:
Google Chrome (Desktop)
- Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Click Privacy and Security > Select Delete Browsing Data
- Choose 'All Range' for the Time Range and select 'Cached images and files.'
