Instructions
Access the Ticket
- From the WiQ main page, navigate to ticket you wish to edit.
- Click on the ticket to open it. The ticket will appear in the side panel for review and editing.
Edit Ticket Details
- Locate the Ticket Information: In the side panel, find the 'Ticket Information' header and navigate to the section you would like to edit.
- Edit Ticket Details: Click on the pencil icon next to any section to view and modify the ticket details.
- Apply Changes: After making your edits, click ‘proceed’ through each section to ensure all modifications are applied.
WiQ Tip! After the ticket has been created, changes can be made until the driver accesses the ticket. i.e. the driver receives a physical copy of the manifest/shipping document, or if the driver accepts the digital copy of the manifest/shipping document in the application.
Confirm Changes
- Sign Off on the Ticket: Since changes have been made, you will need to sign off on the ticket again. This step confirms that the edits are correct and final.
- Confirm the Manifest/Shipping Document: Review the manifest/shipping document and click confirm to finalize the changes.
WiQ Tip! If changes are made it will be recorded in the 'History' section of the ticket. This enables all stakeholders to see the full history of the ticket, providing a transparent audit trail of the lifecycle of the ticket.
