Instructions

1. Create Duplicate Tickets

  • From the main page, select the ticket you would like to duplicate. A pop-up window will appear with your ticket details.

  • In the pop-up window, click the duplicate ticket icon and select the number of duplicated tickets you wish to create. Click 'Create Ticket(s)'

  • All ticket details in the original ticket will appear in the duplicate version. Each ticket will have a unique WiQ ticket number at the top of the ticket details.

  • Users can modify any of the ticket details, including: 

    • Waste Details: volume. 

    • Transporter details: date and time, driver name, and truck ticket/BOL #.

    • Pickup location: surface location and facility ID.

    • Approver contact information.

  • Once all ticket information is complete, click 'Proceed' to review and approve the duplicate. tickets.

  • Each new ticket must be reviewed and approved individually. The number of tickets you need to review is indicated in the top right corner as #/#.

  • Sign off on the manifest/shipping document by entering your name in the dropdown menu. Check the box to confirm all information is correct (shipping document), or that you agree to the TDG declaration (AER manifest). Click 'Proceed'

    • Repeat this step for all duplicate tickets. Once finished, click, 'Proceed'


WiQ Tip! Provide a copy of the manifest/shipping document to the driver. the Unique WiQ ticket number will be available on each document so there is no confusion at the receiving facility.
