1. Cancelling a Ticket
- From the main page, locate and click on the ticket you would like to cancel. You can cancel tickets in the following statuses: Ticket Created, Load Picked Up, Driver Dispatched, Discrepancy, and Pending Signature.
- A pop-up of the ticket information page will open on the right hand side
- Click 'Cancel Ticket' located at the top corner of this pop-up
- A warning will pop-up asking you to confirm the cancellation of the ticket, click 'OK' if you would like to proceed
- A confirmation will appear letting you know that the ticket was successfully cancelled.
WiQ Tip! You can edit a ticket as long as it hasn't been handled by another person. Once a ticket changes possession, it can no longer be edited. For instance, after a physical manifest or shipping document is handed to a driver, or when the transporter accepts the load digitally in WiQ, no further changes can be made.
