Definition

Metered Offload: A metered offload is when waste quantities are measured accurately during the offloading process. Metered offloads often use a Spartan panel, which helps the precise measurement of the substance offloaded.

Instructions

  1. Access the Ticket

    • Start by navigating to the WiQ main page and find the ticket you need to offload.
    • Click on the ticket to view its details in a side panel.
    • Next, click on 'Complete Ticket.' This will take you to the Complete Ticket page.
  2. Review Ticket Sections

    • Click through the different sections to view the details of the ticket.
    • A ticket summary will be displayed on the right side of the screen for your reference.
  3. Complete the Offload Information

    • Look for the Offload Information section, which will be highlighted as "To Be Completed." Click on it to enter the necessary offload details.
    • Fill in all required fields (marked with red asterisks), including truck details.
    • Don’t forget to check the Awaiting Offload checkbox. This will timestamp when you received the load, changing the ticket status to "Awaiting Offload," meaning the load has been received but not yet offloaded.
    • Input the offload information, including the date and time received. Choose 'Offload Type' from the dropdown menu and select Metered.
    • When you select Metered, additional fields will appear. Fill in the Spartan ticket number, Riser number, oil density, net total volume, and volumes for net oil, net water, and net solids. The system will automatically calculate the final cuts for you.
  4. Review and Sign

    • In the Review and Sign section, enter your name. After typing it in, click Create to save it for future use in the dropdown list.
    • Check the box to confirm that all information is correct, then click Preview and Confirm at the bottom right corner.
    • This will bring up the Manifest/Shipping Document. Make sure all information is accurate.
    • If you need to make any changes, simply click Close to return to the Complete Ticket screen.
    • After clicking on 'Confirm', you’ll see a pop-up confirming that the offload information has been successfully filled out.
      • You can now choose to print the waste/manifest/shipping document, download it as a PDF, or return to the home screen.
    • The ticket status will change from "Awaiting Offload" to "Awaiting Approval." The generator will review and approve the offload details before the ticket is finalized and marked as Completed.
