- The Landfill Application Form Process involves seven (7) steps, each requiring you to complete a section of information to ensure a compliant and complete application form. These sections include:
1. Generator Information
2. Billing Information

Instructions:
1. Select the waste type
From the dropdown menu, select whether the waste is Oilfield or Non-Oilfield.
2. Enter waste description and classification
- Description: In the Waste Description textbox, provide a detailed description of the waste being generated. This description will help identify the characteristics and nature of the waste.
- Classification: After entering the description, select the appropriate Waste Classification from the dropdown list. You can choose from:
- DOW/HAZ (Dangerous Oilfield Waste / Hazardous)
- NON-DOW/NON-HAZ (Non-Dangerous Oilfield Waste / Non-Hazardous)
3. Provide additional waste details
- Estimated Volume: Enter the estimated volume of the waste in the Estimated Volume field.
- Unit of Measure: Select the unit of measure from the dropdown list that corresponds to the volume (e.g., liters, kilograms, cubic meters).
- Generation Frequency: Choose the generation frequency of the waste (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly) from the dropdown menu.
- Shipping Type: Select the shipping type from the respective dropdown list based on how the waste will be transported.
4. Select properties of concern and add special handling instructions
- Properties of Concern: Select any relevant properties of concern by checking the appropriate boxes. These may include chemical properties, toxicity levels, or other factors that require attention.
- Special Handling Instructions: If the waste requires special handling, enter the instructions in the provided field.
- Attach Analytical Report: If you have an analytical report or any supporting documentation, attach it by uploading the file through the system.
5. Proceed to the next section
Once all the required fields are filled in and reviewed, click 'Proceed' to continue to the next section of the form.
