Instructions:

1. Complete the Generator Information Section

The Generator Information section will auto-populate with the company name, phone number, address, city, and province. These fields are greyed out and cannot be changed.

2. Enter Representative Information

Type to enter the Representatives name. The representative is the person responsible for the load. If the receiver has any questions regarding the form, they will reach out to this individual.
Type your phone number into the 'Representative’s Phone' field.
Enter your email address into the 'Representative’s Email' field.

3. Add Third-Party Company Information (If Applicable)

If you are working with a third-party company, click the toggle to enable additional fields for their details.
Fill out the third-party’s information as required.

4. Proceed to the Next Section

Once you have completed the Generator Information section, click 'Proceed' to move on to the next section of the application form.
