Definitions

  • No-Show Status: refers to the status applied to a load that did not arrive at the intended receiving facility. This function allows receiver operators to communicate quickly to the generator operator that a load did not arrive. Completing this action will change the status of a ticket to 'no-show' and remove the ticket from the receiver operators ticket list.
    • It is recommended that the receiver operator ensure that a reasonable amount of time has passed since the ticket pickup date/time. If a load has not arrived within 3-5 daysfrom the pickup date, it is recommended that the receiver operator change the status of the ticket. As an added verification step, the receiver can contact the generator operator to confirm the no-show status of a load, prior to completing this action.

*Recommended amount of time. There are no restrictions on when an operator can and cannot complete this action.
