Understand Transporter Statuses
- The page displays several headers:
- Company Name: Displays the name of the transporting company.
- Status: Indicates the transporter’s status:
- ONBOARDED: The transporter is active and using the WiQ application. Tickets will automatically move to the IN-TRANSIT bucket once the transporter takes action. Drivers will have a digital copy of the manifest received electronically from WiQ, including their name and signature.
- REQUESTED: The transporter is in the process of being onboarded. The WiQ team is working to complete their onboarding. While a transporter is listed as ‘requested,’ users can still select them during ticket creation. Manifests for transporters in this status will not include driver details; these will be filled out on the paper copy of the document.
- Email: This is the transporter's primary email address, which will appear on the manifest.
- Phone Number: Shows the primary contact number for the transportation company, also appearing on the manifest.
- Module Assignment: Indicates the module the transporter is assigned to. WiQ has two modules:
- Midstream module: For all oilfield waste headed to a waste processing facility.
- Landfill module: For managing active material approvals and initiating solid loads to a landfill.
- It's important to indicate which module the transporter is part of, as some can haul both liquid and solid waste, while others may only haul one type.
