Reverting a Ticket

In this article, you will find comprehensive instructions on how to revert a ticket in the WiQ system.

Instructions:


1. From the main page, click on 'Other Statuses'.

  • Locate and select 'Cancelled' to filter for all cancelled tickets.


2. Select the Canceled Ticket

  • Click on the canceled ticket you want to revert.
  • A side panel will open, displaying the ticket details.


3. Revert the Ticket

  • Click on the 'Revert Ticket' button at the top of the screen.
  • A pop-up will confirm: "Reverting this ticket will change the status back to Ticket Created. Do you wish to continue?"
  • Click Yes to proceed or No to cancel the action.
  • Upon confirmation, a green pop-up will appear, confirming that the ticket status has been changed to Ticket Created.
  • The ticket will now be listed under Awaiting Pickup.


WiQ Tip! If the ticket is older than 30 days and has been cancelled automatically by the system, it cannot be reverted. 


Conclusion

Congratulations! You have successfully reverted a canceled ticket back to Ticket Created status.
