Instructions:

1. From the WiQ Main Page, click on the Load Verification bucket.

• Locate and click on the ticket that is in the Awaiting Approval status that you want to revert.

2. Revert a Ticket to Awaiting Offload Status

• A side panel will open, displaying all ticket details.
• Click on the 'Revert Ticket' button at the top of the screen.

3. Confirm the Status Change

• A confirmation pop-up will appear stating: "Reverting this ticket will change the status back to Awaiting Offload. Do you wish to continue?"
• Click 'Yes' to proceed or 'No' to cancel the action.
• Upon clicking 'Yes', a green pop-up notification will confirm: "The status of the ticket has been changed to Awaiting Offload."
• You will now be able to make changes to the offload details of the ticket.
