• The Landfill Application Form Process involves seven (7) steps, each requiring you to complete a section of information to ensure a compliant and complete application form. These sections include:     
      1. Generator Information
      2. Billing Information
      3. Transporter Information 
      4. Source Location Information 
      5. Waste Information
      6. Receiver Info (This Article)
      7. Review and Sign

Instructions: 

1. Select the primary receiver site

• In the Receiver Information section of the application form, begin by selecting the primary receiver site location from the dropdown list. This site is where the waste will be delivered. Once a primary site is selected, the company information associated with that receiver will auto-populate, making it easier to fill out the required fields.

2. Select a secondary receiver site (if applicable)

• If applicable, you can choose a Secondary Receiver Site from the dropdown list. This allows you to specify a backup or alternate site where the waste can be delivered, should the primary site not be available. If no secondary site is needed, you can skip this step.

3. Proceed to the next section

• After reviewing the receiver site details and ensuring they are accurate, click 'Proceed' to continue to the next section of the form.
